The staff here is super friendly and always ready to help, making you feel right at home. the location is amazing, just a stone's throw away from Gaby beach. Everything was second to none, amiable staff made our stay really comfortable. Loved the way our modern and beautifully designed room with a great bathroom was arranged. It offered excellent service and outstanding food too. The location was impressive and phenomenal - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectations.

I had the most incredible stay at Melia in Zanzibar. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. The food at the grill restaurant by the beach was absolutely delicious, especially the seafood platter. The private Melia garden leading to the secluded beach made me feel like I was on my own private island. The beach itself was stunning and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The grounds of the resort were beautifully maintained, creating a serene atmosphere. The spacious villas provided a luxurious and comfortable stay. The snorkeling and diving excursions organized by the hotel were safe and professional, perfect for families. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained grounds and a beautifully designed tropical garden with lots of palm trees. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and well-decorated rooms to the delicious breakfast at the Level restaurant. The staff were exceptional, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Spent xmas at this hotel and I have to say that the pool area was enjoyable and refreshing. Plus, the food at the buffet-style restaurants was great. Also liked that the hotel was located close to the beach and offered a variety of activities for guests.
It looked old and smelled musty. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working well and there were mosquitoes everywhere.
